The building is set among a residential complex from the 60/70's
Architectural principles:
Preservation of the views towards the plot in regards to the surrounding buildings.
Creation of clear views for the housings and natural lighting in the circulations.
Construction principles : the rationality of the facades reflects the building's needs and functions.
From -1 to +1 floors: CONCRETE for common programs (luggage room / laundry / site office / lavatory / bin storage)
From +2 to +8 floors: WOOD for the housing levels
from +9 floor : GLASS and STEEL for the attic level where the atypical programs are placed ( cafeteria and gym ) + terrace
