HOUSING BOURDON

The ambition of the project is both to preserve the character of the site, to harmoniously coexist the entire building, while orienting it towards contemporary uses. In a rich context of architectural and heritage writing, the façade project is moving towards a respectful elevation with respect to existing buildings.

The decision of the elevation is to come to land in continuity of the existing facade and adjacent buildings by following the withdrawals imposed by the PLU. The project plans to take over the weft and piercing of the existing facade by adding an interstitial framework.

The chosen materials are mineral materials in stone and clear tones so as not to break with the existing building but rather a slenderness.

To respect the prospect of Paris and the imposition of coronation vertically above the vertical, the project provides for more and more marked withdrawals of the facades by floors. In this way, the dwellings benefit from outdoor spaces.

The level of Attic designed as a glass box, so that it is based in the sky, has a large green roof terrace and accessible by the tenant of the last level.
