HOUSING PANTIN

The bias of the project, designed by Franklin Azzi with the Emerige/SEMIP co-promotion, is based on the creation and connection of landscaped spaces. From this strong point of the site, the architectural project presents two buildings, facing west, whose U-shaped volumetry integrates gardens in the heart of the block. These buildings are composed of terraces allowing each dwelling to benefit from private outdoor spaces.

Attention is thus paid to the connection of the architecture to its urban environment in order to promote the integration of the buildings in this new district of the Diagonal in Pantin.
