The programmatic diversity of the plot results in juxtaposition: the hotel business in the north of the plot and the DPE (Department of Cleanliness and Water) to the south, parking for the hotel businesses and 3 technical levels for the DPE services.

The level of the ground floor consists of two bearings. The first is at the level of the street Paul Meurice, the second, called upper ground floor, is a meter above. The access to the service yard ramp is located inside the parcel to the south. The service yard  are located at ground device when parking grow on two levels, with their access ramps to the north. The delivery area and the waiting area of the service yard are covered with a light protective comprised of spaced metal blades, letting in air and natural light.

The fully glazed foyer sets up in the corner of the Rue Paul Meurice and vegetated . It is also provided a level of infrastructure and parking space for delivery to ground floor, opposite the elevator access to the upper levels. Superstructure, surfaces are allocated to relaxation and meeting spaces, the rest of the space rental trays can be separated by movable partitions. Each withdrawal of the frame allows the creation of accessible terraces. Meeting place, a cafeteria is implanted at the last level at the terrace level. Its triple exposure releases a panoramic view of the various surrounding urban fabric.
