After 13 months of work the new Cannes Audi Terminal, a 5 000 square metre (54,000 square feet) avant-garde dealership, is one of France’s biggest space dedicated to the German automobile brand. With more than 80 vehicles exhibited inside and outside, 50 people affected on the site and some 15 technical bridges, the Cannes Audi Terminal will be one of the most vast and succeeded spaces among the different points of Audi presentation in France.
This new generation Terminal is one of the three biggest terminals in France, after Vélizy and Lyon. The innovating architecture of this huge High Environmental Quality (HEQ) building, with its purified design and vegetal roofs, rests on a beehive aluminium structure and a nocturnal “lake of light” made of led lighting. An eight millions euros investment and five years of research for the site were necessary for this implantation, clearly illustrating Audi’s ambitions in the Cannes area.
