5-7 Heliopolis, Webhelp headquarters

The headquarters of Webhelp is an 8,500 m² rehabilitation project in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Based on a soulless building, retaining only its skeleton, Franklin Azzi designed a completely new, sleek, and contemporary silhouette marked by an elegant glass facade set in black, rhythmically framed by metal crosspieces and shaped awning supports.

For usage, the ground floor offers a range of activities on a single level, reclaimed from the old parking lots and arranged around a covered patio that distributes the spaces: reception, concierge, auditorium, cafeteria, etc. The upper floors feature flexible and reversible open plans, opening onto tree-lined terraces and bathed in natural light.
