Messager, "3 post-carbon district" exhibition at the Pavillon de l'Arsenal

Messager, our tertiary project that is entirely reversible into housing, is exhibited at the Pavillon de l'Arsenal from 19 April to 20 August 2023

The Pavillon de l'Arsenal presents the transformation, carried out by Espaces Ferroviaires, the SNCF Group's urban planning and real estate development subsidiary, of three major former railway sites in the capital - Jardin des Mécanos (18th), Hébert (18th) and Les Messageries (12th), pioneering places in terms of urban ecology, heritage transformation, renaturation and creation of living soil in the city, preservation of resources, architectural quality and wealth of spaces for social and cultural purposes.
