La Tour d'Argent

The Parisian gastronomic institution La Tour d’Argent, run for three generations by the Terrail family, entrusted Franklin Azzi with renovating its Michelin-starred restaurant, a symbol of French taste and craftsmanship to which the project pays homage in every detail.

To end an architectural history of successive additions, the building has been completely redesigned to restore a clear line and a strong identity inspired by its name. Thus, the edifice evokes a lighthouse dominating the Quai de la Tournelle, with a restaurant at the top designed like a lantern, whose magnificent ceiling with 1,300 anodized aluminum slats shines over Paris.
