The Franklin Azzi Endowment Fund is delighted to welcome Anne-Charlotte Finel, a video artist represented by Galerie Jousse Entreprise, for a 6-month artistic residency in its architectural office.
The project is part of the «Artists’ residencies in companies» initiative supported by the Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles Île-de-France (DRAC), Paris Île-de-France Capitale Économique (PCE) and Beaux Arts & Cie in Greater Paris. Based on the shared conviction that bringing the arts closer to the contemporary economic world is a powerful lever for innovation and creation on the scale of an entire territory, the project supports 20 company/artist tandems from all disciplines.
Last year, Franklin Azzi and its team welcomed Laëtitia Badaut Haussmann, whose work focuses on the notion of para-architecture.
In 2024, the agency is pleased to welcome Anne-Charlotte Finel, whose work focuses on moving images.
Each solo exhibition is an opportunity for Anne-Charlotte Finel to create a dialogue between projected images and architecture. The artist modifies and structures spaces in order to offer viewers a sound and visual journey.
