CREATEURS DESIGN AWARDS I TOKO, WEBHELP HEADQUARTERS, LONGLISTED

Toko, our refurbishment project and now the headquarters of Webhelp, has been longlisted for the 2023 Createurs Design Awards ! 

The project is a perfect illustration of Franklin Azzi Architecture's DNA: the creation of mixed-use buildings through the restructuration of existing infrastructures in a respectuous and resolutely low-carbon approach, creating places for new uses and concepts.

Located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, the nearly 8,500 m2 / 91 500 sqft site has achieved excellent energy performances (NF Habitat HQE Excellent level, BREEAM NC 2016 Very Good level, Wiredscore Silver level, Plan Climat Paris).
