L'ARCHITECTURE D'AUJOURD'HUI I GRANDE ARMÉE, SIÈGE SOCIAL SANOFI

Our refurbishment project of the building located at 46-48 avenue de la Grande Armée, led in collaboration with Ardian, is published in a special edition of the magazine L’Architecture d’Aujourd’hui ! The office complex, which now benefits from greater legibility and openness to the city, is now home to Sanofi's headquarters.
The Grande Armée project perfectly embodies the values and methods of the agency; the respect of the existing building and its heritage history through the research of archives, the priority given to the valorization of the existing building, the anticipation of new uses from the conception phase, a maximum limitation of the second work and the use of noble and durable materials.
