ASNIERES OFFICE BAS CARBONE
On one hand, the facade will be composed of a wall shaping the isolating envelop and on the other hand, it is composed of elements of outline of cornice and fixed and movable solar protection.
The building benefits from a good geographic location with a view on the Seine river and on the inside of the block. The U-shape organisation allows to separate the different parts of the building while guaranting the spaces compactness. According to the coercions linked to PPRI (Flood risks management plan), the building uses the ground floor as a parking lot. As it is a superstructure, it limits the land movements. Less than 40% of the surface is occupied by the building; the parking-lot areas are considered as unbuilt spaces.
The volumes are sculpted to slim the surfaces and create urban faults.
