SWISS LIFE FRANCE HEADQUARTERS - BELLINI

Bellini, the future French headquarters of Swiss Life, will rise in 2024 at the entrance to the La Défense business district in Puteaux. The 18,000 sq.m. office building will be a landmark with a mineral and transparent appearance. It will benefit from an exceptional location on the Seine, will be connected to the public transport network and will offer an unobstructed view of Paris and its skyline thanks to the future rooftop.

Bellini combines a prime location, a range of services (fitness, company restaurant, bicycle room, etc.), a variety of outdoor spaces and the use of noble and sustainable materials. All the 13 levels will offer flexible and connected workstations that will be complemented by interior spaces for exchange and dialogue. Shared spaces will host a various programmation of 1,700 m² that will allow future users to welcome, meet, share, work and entertain.

Iconic on the Seine, the Bellini building will have a base with stone cladding on its first levels to manage the urban transition between La Défense district and Puteaux' more domestic buildings. The upper volume of the building is broken down into entirely glazed strata with slight setbacks between strata, thus offering a plastic identity to the building whose main objective is to reduce its frontality.
