In the intimacy of an inhabited park, nine constructions are placed between the existing buildings and the remarkable trees. Initiated with Emerige and MUGO, the work of the Franklin Azzi Architecture and Chartier Dalix agencies displays common intentions: a template is declined in two distinct responses. The architectural choices converge towards a delicate balance between overall homogeneity and diversity, comparable to the residential environment.
Our housing project of 4 new and 5 refurbished buildings is located in the heart of a neighborhood park, and connected to the french capital by a new public transport system.
The new buildings are treated in hollows, using noble and natural materials (wood, bricks, tiles) and integrating the exterior spaces and services into the architecture. The spatial and organizational qualities of the housing are enhanced thanks to a double orientation, an exterior designed in the continuity of private spaces as well as an offer of associated services: individual loggias and solariums, green spaces for all, conveniences and facilities (transport, waste sorting, soft circulation...).
The Versailles La Bruyère project anticipates new ways of living by offering open and luminous living spaces with multiple typologies, shared natural spaces and a harmonious dialogue between the past and modernity.
