Located in the heart of the historic Marais, 106 rue du Temple, the former telephone exchange built in the 1920s by François Le Coeur has unique assets and an industrial and functional architecture typical of the beginning of the century. The rehabilitation project led by Franklin Azzi Architecture and Ardian is part of a desire to preserve and enhance the existing building, and to find the perfect combination between the old and the hyper-contemporary, so that the building can respond sustainably to new uses.
