RING ZÉRO, CROSSROADS Building the resilient city, SEOUL BIENNALE OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM 2021
For more than ten years, the architect Franklin Azzi has been questioning the notion of "human scale" within its productions. By reconciling disciplines and building bridges between artistic practices, the question of preserving the reference to the "human scale" within built structures is constantly at stake. For the Seoul Biennale, Franklin Azzi proposes a prospective installation on the notion of micro-architecture as a prototype for a more resilient city. A micro perspective to the challenge of the macro, with the example of the megalopolis of Beijing.
