We were invited at the Forum des Projets Urbains (Urban Projects Forum) to present the pilot project 'Messager' developed in the 12th arrondissement of Paris by Espaces Ferroviaires. Franklin Azzi discussed the architectural qualities of the project with Florian Dupont, co-founder of Zefco, an environmental consultancy, on Décideurs TV.
The 'Messager' project satisfies the highest environmental requirements and thus prefigures the orientations of the future bioclimatic PLU of the City of Paris. Its total reversibility in housing, its ancestral and bio-sourced materials as well as its architecture in connection with the surrounding existing buildings make it a model of sustainability which effectively meets the challenges of the sustainable and evolving city.
